The Lifestyle Reset Program at I-F.I.T. Fayetteville is designed for adults and families who are ready to improve their health, lose body fat, increase energy, and create sustainable habits that fit real life—not another quick fix.
This is a personalized lifestyle coaching program focused on the key pillars of long-term health, including nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, recovery, mindset, daily routines, and accountability.
How It Works
Initial Lifestyle Consultation (90–120 Minutes)
Your journey starts with a deep-dive coaching session where we assess all major areas of your lifestyle, habits, challenges, goals, and current routines.
During this session, you will receive:
- A complete lifestyle assessment
- Personalized action plan based on your goals
- A customized weekly schedule built around the lifestyle you want to create
- Clear habits, priorities, and accountability homework for the next 2 weeks
- A written summary of your session with your next steps
Follow-Up Coaching Sessions
After your initial consultation, you’ll meet with your coach every 2 weeks for 2 additional sessions during your first month.
These sessions are designed to:
Review progress and challenges
Adjust your plan as needed
Build new habits and routines
Improve consistency and accountability
Continue education and support

Ongoing Accountability & Check-Ins: $85/month (Up to 2 hours total)
