I-F.I.T. Kids & Youth Program (Ages 6–14)
Our Kids & Youth program is designed to help young athletes build strength, confidence, and discipline in a fun, structured, and coach-led environment. Each session combines total conditioning, non-contact boxing drills, and speed & agility training—including obstacle and ninja-style elements—to keep kids engaged while improving their overall fitness and coordination.
Classes are age-appropriate and scalable for all levels, making it perfect for beginners as well as active kids who want to improve performance in sports. We focus on proper movement, teamwork, and developing healthy habits that carry over into everyday life.
With small class sizes (limited to 10 per group), every child receives attention, guidance, and support from our coaches.
Schedule:
Monday & Wednesday – 4:30 PM
Saturday – 8:15 AM (Kids 6–9) · 9:00 AM (Youth 10–14)
Membership: $80/month
Trial Class: $15 (applied toward membership)
