I’m from Colombia, and I have been a personal trainer and a fitness coach since 2003. I’m super passionate about fitness. I love to challenge myself and I love to compete. I’m a mother of two amazing boys. I have an extensive competitive history in different Obstacle course Races and CrossFit competitions, Ranked in the top 10 Women’s Elite Spartan Stadium Races in 2019. I was selected to compete in a popular Colombian TV Show called Desafio de Super Humanos in 2018 and invited to be a Team Captain for the Spartan Ultimate Team Challenge Season 2 on NBC in 2017.

Erica Mansaray, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. She’s been doing strength & conditioning for 5 years with multiple high school teams & now currently with the soldiers on Ft. Bragg.
Prior to where she is now, she worked in athletics at a high school back in Cincinnati. She is extremely passionate about fitness and wants to share everything she has learned along the way. She has been competitive all her life, playing basketball up through college & shortly after that getting pretty deep into CrossFit. It took her one class to get hooked.
She competed in Wodapalooza in Feb. of 2020 & it was hands down one of the most fun weekends of her life! Along with CrossFit, she has done Olympic lifting, bodybuilding & general functional fitness. She has recently shifted a lot of her training to more endurance style work.

Ryan O’Connell is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and holds his USA Weightlifting Level 1 Certificate. Ryan has worked as a Strength and Conditioning on Ft. Bragg since 2021 and has experience in the private sector specializing in youth athletic development. Ryan earned his Bachelors of Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina in 2020, where he had the opportunity to intern with various Olympic sports. Ryan frequently competes in Olympic weightlifting. Ryan developed his passion for strength and conditioning during his time in the 75 th Ranger Regiment and draws from both his military and sporting experience applying his approach to training his athletes.

Victoria has been coaching in different modalities for 6 years now. She’s ranged from teaching CrossFit, Kettlebells, Powerlifting, Interval Training, Indoor Rowing and more. She’s tried most modalities herself, as she believes learning different methods as an instructor is important. Furthermore, she believes that the best exercise prescription is individual, the one a person can make a habit. Thus, the exercise prescription a person makes as their “habit” is most likely the most fun for that person. She wants to make fitness fun, approachable, and an ongoing journey for everyone!
