Sculpt & Strengthening – Upper Body focuses on building strength and muscle endurance in the arms, shoulders, chest, and back through guided resistance training. Using dumbbells, light barbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, this class emphasizes controlled repetitions, proper technique, and balanced muscle development.

The goal is to help you build lean muscle, improve upper-body definition, and support better posture and joint stability while increasing strength for everyday activities. Sessions are coach-led and adaptable, allowing participants to adjust resistance and pace to match their comfort level.

This class focuses on strength, muscle tone, and functional movement, helping you feel stronger, move better, and develop a more defined upper body—without extreme lifting or high-intensity training.
