Core & Mobility is a guided class focused on improving core stability, posture, and overall movement quality. Through a combination of bodyweight exercises, light resistance, and targeted mobility work, you’ll learn how to properly engage your core while increasing flexibility, joint range of motion, and functional strength.
This class emphasizes controlled, intentional movement—helping you move better, feel better, and reduce the risk of injury in both training and everyday life. No high-intensity workouts or prior experience required.
