Sculpt & Strengthening – Lower Body focuses on developing strength and muscle endurance in the hips, glutes, thighs, and legs through guided resistance training. Using dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, this class emphasizes controlled movement, proper form, and balanced muscle activation.

The goal is to help you build lean muscle, improve lower-body definition, and strengthen the muscles that support everyday movement. This class also helps improve joint stability, balance, and functional strength for activities like walking, lifting, climbing stairs, and staying active with confidence.

Sessions are coach-led and adaptable, allowing you to adjust resistance and pace based on your comfort level and experience. The focus is on strength, muscle tone, and functional movement—not extreme intensity or high-impact training.
