Kids’ Summer Fitness Camp

Our Kids’ Summer Fitness Camp is an exciting and engaging summer program designed to keep children (aged 6 and over) active, healthy, and having fun during the summer break. This camp offers a well-rounded fitness experience, combining physical activity with educational components to promote a love for an active and healthy lifestyle.

  • Variety of Physical Activities: Our program offers a diverse variety of fitness activities such as Cross Training, Obstacle Training, Ninja, Strength, Speed, Agility, Mobility and games to keep the program interesting and beneficial.
