Our School-Aged Resource Classes and Homeschool Kids Fitness Program is designed to provide a fun and engaging fitness experience for children of varying ages and abilities who are either enrolled in resource classes or homeschooled. Kids' Summer Fitness Camp
Our Kids' Summer Fitness Camp is an exciting and engaging summer program designed to keep children (aged 6 and over) active, healthy, and having fun during the summer break. This camp offers a well-rounded fitness experience, combining physical activity with educational components to promote a love for an active and healthy lifestyle.
Kids Program Components:
- Age-Appropriate Activities (6 and Over): Tailor fitness activities to suit the age groups within the program, ensuring exercises are developmentally appropriate and safe.
- Variety of Physical Activities: Our program offers a diverse variety of fitness activities such as Cross Training, Obstacle Training, Ninja, Strength, Speed, Agility, Mobility and games to keep the program interesting and beneficial.
