Cross-Training:
Our Cross Training Program incorporates exercises and activities from various disciplines to enhance overall fitness, strength, endurance, and agility. Prevent overuse injuries and experience a well-rounded fitness journey.
Mondays and Wednesdays: 5:30 AM, 8:30 AM, 4:30 PM, and 5:30 PM
Fridays: 5:30 AM, 8:30 AM, and 5:30 PM
Cardio Spartan:
Burn calories, improve heart health, and enhance your fitness levels in our Cardio Spartan Classes. We’ve added exciting obstacles to spice things up and accommodate all fitness levels.
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 5:30 AM, 8:30 AM, 4:30 PM, and 5:30 PM
Max Burn:
Achieve your fitness goals at your own pace with our intense and high-energy Max Burn class. Suitable for all fitness levels yet focuses on maximal fun while burning maximal calories. Our Max Burn Program is a seasonal Program so be on the look for updates.
